MUSIC GRILLE MENU
During the Innsbrook Institute Music Festival week (June 8 to 16), enjoy a wonderful dinner prepared by Innsbrook's Executive Chef Dan Thomas and his staff at the Conference Center from 5–7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, 5–6:30 p.m., Sunday – Thursday. Menus will include seasonal salads, sandwiches, fish and pastas accompanied by specials inspired by each evening's musical selections. An open bar will also be available. Salads

Grille Chopped Salad ~ $5
Salad greens topped with diced tomato, jicama, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, fresh corn, and avocado served with a side of sweet Vidalia onion dressing

Grilled Watermelon Salad ~ $5
Charred seedless watermelon served over arugula, topped with feta cheese and drizzled with balsamic syrup

Caesar Salad ~ $7
Romaine hearts drizzled with Caesar dressing and topped with sliced Roma tomatoes, red onions, and French bread croutons

Golden Beet Salad ~ $8
Lettuce ribbons dressed with herb infused olive oil topped with golden beets, sliced tomato, cucumber, and goat cheese

Chilled Shrimp and Honeydew Salad ~ $12
Sweet honeydew melon strips, sliced radishes, and jicama tossed with Meyer lemon vinaigrette and topped with scallions and chilled shrimp

Our sandwiches are served with sweet pepper slaw and house fried sea salt and pepper chips

French Onion Steak Sandwich ~ $12
Grilled New York strip loin topped with onion crisps, roasted red peppers, and gruyere cheese served with garlic spiked au jus

Leg of Lamb Shawarma ~ $12
Sliced lamb served in warm naan bread with cucumber, shaved red onions, tzatziki sauce, fresh dill and feta cheese

Chicken and Green Apple Salad Wrap ~ $9
Grilled chicken tossed with tart apples, red grapes, toasted almonds, and creamy vinaigrette dressing served in a wheat tortilla

Grilled Eggplant and Portabella Mushroom Melt ~ $9
